From Schiphol Airport you can take the train (airport trainstation) to the city, the train departs every 30 minutes. We recommend all participants to buy a Amsterdam Travel Pass for 1-day (€17), 2-day (€22,50) or 3-day (€28). You can get off:

  • at Amsterdam Rai (ca. 14 minutes to go to Motel One)

Taxis are available in front of the terminal; the journey should cost you about €25 and last about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.

Car
There is an underground car park under the hotel (€18 for 24 hours, no reservation possible). Type in " Valkenburgerstraat 90, 1011 LZ Amsterdam" in your GPS to find the entrance to the car park.

Train
When arriving at Amsterdam Central trainstation, take metro 51 or 52 to Rai Station, from there it is a 4 minutes walk to the Hotel.
