In 2018, the European Theatre Convention (ETC) began to collect insights and reflections from its diverse programme of activities and publish them as casebooks.

The first casebook was Digital Theatre, offeing guidance through hands-on examples taken from the daily work of researching, testing and implementing new technologies in theatre.

The second was Participatory Theatre, sharing the learning from the 2-year programme 'Our Stage, which explored the possibility for theatre to be one alternative site of political participation -- to give a voice to the voiceless.

The most recent casebook was Youth Theatre, presenting reflection and best-practice examples to make theatre with and for young people.

The casebooks can be downloaded and read in full, or the individual articles can be read online.
