As part of its application for the title of European Capital of Culture 2025, the city of Dresden is opening a residence to artists of all nationalities and from a wide variety of disciplines. Six scholarships of maximum €1000 for a duration from 7 to 14 days between July 2019 and September 2019 will be offered.
