The Lyceum on Tour

Royal Lyceum Theatre Edinburgh

Several co-productions of The Lyceum and shows that began their lives at The Lyceum are now touring!

'The Strange Undoing of Prudencia Hart', created by David Greig (Lyceum Artistic Director) and Wils Wilson (Lyceum Associate Artist), played at Lyceum at The Festivals in 2022, and now the National Theatre of Scotland production makes its triumphant return to The McKittrick Hotel in New York from 10 March – 30 April.

'The Strange Undoing of Prudencia Hart' unfolds among and around its audience using live music to weave an ingenious, lyrical and enchanting story throughout our intimate and supernatural setting. Produced by The Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh & Double M Arts & Events.

Closer to home, Tim Crouch’s 'Truth’s a Dog Must to Kennel', which premiered at Lyceum at The Festivals is part of the 77th edition of Festival d’Avignon. This Fringe First awarded ‘'Utterly urgent and compelling' (Joyce McMillan) one-man show tackles the question of the death of live art, from Shakespeare to the metaverse.
