ETC covers travel costs and per diems for up to 20 days for the staff member, while the sending theatre keeps employing and paying their staff member for the duration of the mobility.

- 2x ETC Member Theatres arrange the mobility with each other and apply for ETC staff mobility grant

- Applications for the staff exchange open on a rolling basis. First-come, first-served.
