Six Characters in Search of an Author
Returning to Teatro Carignano is Valerio Binasco’s adaptation of Pirandello’s classic masterpiece, bringing its tragic and emotional power to full force. The Artistic Director of TST focuses on the inner torment of the six characters, not merely their quest for an author, but their desperate search for the pathos that sustains their guilt. Their anguish manifests in a dual abandonment: forsaken by their author and haunted by the sorrowful fate of two children.

The Bacchae
Celebrating forty years of artistic exploration, the Marcido Marcidorjs return to Greek tragedy, this time reinterpreting Euripides. Under Marco Isidori’s incisive pen, the play bridges ancient sensibilities and contemporary resonance. The ever-integrated Marcido Chorus will besiege and conquer Pentheus’s palace—an audacious scenographic creation by Daniela Dal Cin—immersing themselves in the Dionysian frenzy that pulses through this enigmatic work.
