Folkteatern is a contemporary venue, in the midst of a society in motion. We produce high-quality theatre for our four venues (one of them digital) as well as hosting a large number of guest performers, both foreign and domestic. Our venues also host a large number of concerts, lectures, poetry readings, performance art, film screenings, talks and debates among other things.
Folkteatern aims to be a forum where people come together, a venue of the world.
