Teresa Pfaud

Teresa Pfaud is a cultural project manager specialising in international and artistic collaboration. With over a decade of experience in European cultural cooperation, she develops and leads cross-border theatre projects addressing diversity, digital innovation and sustainability. After studying Cultural Sciences and French Philology at the University of Potsdam and General Management in Hamburg, she gained early professional experience in Costa Rica, Spain and Berlin, including at the Berlin State Opera Unter den Linden. Since 2015 she has been shaping international programmes at the European Theatre Convention (ETC).
